Sure it was a pointless thing to criticize about those who 'can't sing', but I'd suggest you look up some of her ballads and live singing before you start to complain about her vocals. I'm not a fan of hers, but there's no doubt in my mind that she does have a good voice. She'd blow away a lot of the girl groups that are popular in Korea right now. And it's a matter of what sells... at the time, those were the songs that everyone wanted to hear.

Also, I'm not just criticizing Ivy here because of any personal dislike towards her, and I've only heard two of her songs, this and "Sonata of Temptation", but if she's so hell bent on criticizing those who "can't sing" she really needs to get some more impressive vocals into her songs. This song is just her speaking in a high pitched voice, there was no singing, and Sonata's chorus is just her shouting aggressively. Again, I'm not hating on her, it's just an objective view.

What's the point in stirring up trouble like that? I think it was an unkind thing to do. It doesn't even benefit her in anyway, it's just being pointlessly critical.

Which is why she Mimes Live. She's become used to it! The Best Thing to do is to Avoid POP Music & Start looking into Music that isn't about Image, Sexual gratification, Vanity, & Young Models!
