o ok cool

You're welcome. Actually, i have no idea how many calls station 75 runs on a shift, but i could go visit them sometime and find out for you if you would like.

by the way they were leaving and the direction they were going,it looked like they were going to get ahead of it and ma ybe do a back fire (not sure what its called) in order to stop it before it gets to bad.

simi valley is takin care of vcfd

Thanks thats good info do you Know how many calls station 75 runs on a shift?

Simi Valley is looked for by Ventura County FD and so is moorpark. Chatsworth has both LA City (station 96 which is right by my house) and LA County (lake manor - station 75) looking after it.

ya SVFD simi valley fire dept they do have an fd right or is it only ventura county fire come to think about does chatsworth or moorpark have an fd?

They are checking in with the IC and re-assigned to other locations on the incident.

SVFD?

Was there any svfd in there? i dint see any

i work with fire dept. i m guessing they have to respond to other calls that coming in or trying to find other way to get to the fire in the moutain. or they may be returning to station to stand by for other calls.

I experienced this. Amazingly terrible.

is it because their getting their assignment from the chief

y do they keep leaving and coming back?

so do I about you. LOL

Well put... I have no idea what you just said.

so times a precision drop of tons of water avoid the loss of so much. I get angry when people see a serious fire response like this and start to judge by cost of tax money. Just pullover you car, stay away from the action, and pay your tax's, leave the real work for professionals.

think they are

those look like LAC engines

TOPD? When did CDF take over?

I used to work for TOPD - felt like I still was. Great film. Thanks.

great video

the water drop is the money shot...great vid.

Sorry I said it too fast. One of the coolest parts is at 9:25.

No fire helicopters?
