Since Sept. 11th we must realize that the "Oppressed" can turn Oppressor in the wink of an eye. There are only factions. I am willing to bust feminists down to the level of "faction" from their current level of sacred cows. Quite simply there are extra costs to the business due to employing women, not just there wage. Temp Agencies supplying maternity leave for one charge more to make a cut. Women requiring time off with children can provide a feeling that over staffing is generally needed, extra training conseq. etc etc
